I didn't hear properly, I'm at office. What happened to the officer in pursuit ? He sounded scared!

At one point, as far as i can understand, the joining officers got told to hold back with the lights and sirens, and then shortly after they got called code 3 again to the suspects car as seen at the end. Might be why it seem slow. I'd say at the start its going pretty quick, considering all the traffic and junctions.
