Hello Everyone,
Yasterday at 2:00am UTC +3 , April 12th ( Friday ),
I was driving wih my UF1 when I saw drifters going past
me and keep drifting in front of me. I called the police
and Edward Answered my call. He came and the XRTs
wasn't drifting because they saw the sirens coming.
He fined them 30 each, They wasn't happy and said to Edward
go watch the replay and see who's right, He said "If you are lying
Im gonna fine you" , I said Ok. Edward leaves the server
The two XRTs keep blocking my way and keep following and stalking
me to death. Edward comes back and said you're lying
pay them both 30 and want me to pay 300 for lying.
Im telling the truth here.
In the video you gonna see the XRTs drifting stalking
and blocking my path, I speced me and the drifters
two XRTs

If Edward didn't see it from his car at that specific time, he can't issue a fine; if, however, Edward arrives to your call and still sees them drifting/breaking laws, then he can issue a fine.
To be honest with you though, all you've done is read us a story; you've not said you want anything to be done about it, which I guess is the reason you made this post?
