I expect more from cops i mean comon. i wasnt gonna make a big deal out of this but still hes a cop and should know better !! Please be patient. From what I can see you've reported someone for something that wasn't their fault, you could have easily avoided him. He wasn't parked he was slowing down to type a message by the looks of it. Ok, it wasn't a good place to slow down but YOU hit him and should probably have apologised rather than making a fuss and reporting him.
