Here's Kiki again. Different collar this time, and she's really happy now, despite being annoyed by the collar. Photos were at the vet.

The collar is meant to stop her from picking at herself.
EDIT: photos are larger than I expected.

My new T. She is an Orbereal (tree dweller) and an awesome webber, her size is about 1.5" at present, her max size will be about 5". She is an A.Avic species, quite docile, however they jump and will show a threat posture if fell threatened.
