I believe one can speak aggressively in *any* language, not just German.

Well, Dutch sounds a lot like German, so it's possible in the Dutch language as well.

One of my favourite German speakers, Volker Pispers, political cabaret artist.

Unfortunately the only video with English subtitles. However, maybe some German speakers find interest in his work. There are many other videos on Youtube. I like sophisticated comedy and cabaret.
