I think all of this non-respect is from my plate "Belgium" because he's from Nederlands. it's like Canadian and American or Russian & Polish , little war.
I don't know why this guy react like that, maybe the weather.

6:02:28 dangerous driving : Staying in overtake lane
6:07:50 sec h2o hit me a the back and i hit him because i lost control, Kush send me "Why did u pit him" and don't say sorry because he hit me.

From what I see here, he pulled out and stopped to see if you were going. You waited for him to pass, so I see no issue here. As for the "learn english" comment, you did retaliate by saying "learn to drive

He probably should have stuck in the left lane, but as he was doing the speed limit I see no problem here.

After checking his URS - user will receive a confirmable warning for not apologising after crashing. Although he couldn't of really prevented it, he should still apologise afterwards.
EDIT: After some more consideration: despite the fact he crashed into you, it was ultimately decided that a warning would be inappropriate as it was not Kush's fault.
Action has been taken as described.
