Hello, dear Admins,
I have stopped this report with time span 40:33
x. These would still be much more Timelaps with rule breaks. If an Admin time and desire bears he to themselves 40:39
x with pleasure the Replay up to ends look. Unfortunately, it was like so often this if no Admin there is everybody means the rules to break.

User 1 -
Will receive a warning reminding him to wear a med skin when using the med tag. Also for wearing a cop skin without the cop tag. And for using horn 5 when not responding to accidents.
User 2 -
He was there from when the replay started. He could of crashed or been hit and put there, I don't know from the replay. No action will be taken against this user.
User 3 -
Will receive a warning for ignoring the MED and interfering with his job. It was obvious he could see the chat as he typed in it moments before being asked.
User 4 -
Has already received a permanent ban.
User 5 -
Will receive a warning for causing an accident and not apologising.

The only 3 people at this time stamp I could see, crashed into each other due to poor driving control. Neither of them complained, they were following each other too closely so they're each to blame for that.
Action has been taken as described.
