The InSim will state when the suspect has failed to stop (after approx 45 seconds) This is true, however what Boypower also said is true, you are allowed to make contact if it is clear the suspect won't stop. and in this case AlvaroPT its clear you was NOT going to stop. So i shall not be taking any action on that.
