It is made in Photoshop CS3, but I'm pretty sure that it works just as well on older versions (and also other programs like GIMP). It's in 4096x4096 and the layers are organized for easy use. I don't actually know at what point during the development that happened, since on my private Mk3 skin (which was made way before the kit) they're fine. They're pretty easy for users to fix and I'm too lazy to reupload it. So that's that. Thanks for the feedback anyways
