How do you guys create GIFs? Which program, which settings? Don't get it to work properly, often it lags, green colors and completely pixelated. Also, which site do you use to upload it?

I use GifCam: http://gifcam.en.softonic.com/

You can upload them to http://imgdumper.nl/ or http://www.gfycat.com/
