● Reasons why you feel you deserve a cancellation: I was banned only for speedhack because of my inattention to not having read the established rules and standards for the [TC] servers, so I can say that I did not participate, I have developed or even got involved in activities that could disrupt or harm other players in their experiences on the server, and for this reason I also believe that I deserve a new chance, of course, committing myself to follow all the rules that are required and proposed.

We have reviewed your request and unfortunately on this occasion we will not be lifting your ban.

Although you show remorse, this does not counteract the fact a hack was used in our servers and this is something we do not tolerate.
