Hi,

The player is relatively new with no prior punishments so I will proceed with a confirmable warning in the hope that these issues don't happen again. The player will be warned for the following:

-Driving a Police car as Civilian
-Failure to speak English in main chat & swearing in another language
-Causing collisions

Also, user "RazorWorkss" was witnessed driving with police strobes in the replay and although he was not reported, he will be given a warning for this.
