I must admit that is a bit too much that these 11 accounts have used the same nickname and their IP history matches sometimes together.

Well that's good but that doesn't solve the problem.

Do you have friends or member of your family that play LFS ? Does someone else has the access to your computer ? Have you shared your LFS account to a friend ?

And who sold you that account and when?

It doesn't really solve the original problem anyways, which is your current nickname (abo34ary) and your (ex) IP addresses are registered on accounts and some of these accounts are linked to a banned account.

That sounds wierd. How can you promise that it will not happen again when you said that you don't know how it happened. Does it mean you know how it happened ?

Hello, I still have such big doubts about your story, I will deny the request : the logs show that the accounts I quoted are linked somewhere, to a banned LFS account.
I have thought as much as I could do to find the correct wire in this can of worms but I regret there is nothing I can do, your explanations are somehow fuzzy.

If you want a 2nd chance to prove that you are not in touch with these accounts, you are able to do a unban appeal, it will be dealt by the [TC] Management : http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?fid=26
