Description of incident (inc date & time):
I was staying near the road, doing speedtrap, Seyi365 came at to me, horning at me, doing stunts around me, then he started with "parking" infront of me, then he hit me twice.

Not sure if his aim was to disable the speed trap but more to get your attention to chase him.

Nevertheless, it's harassment and he will receive a warning appropriately.
