Tommy was blatantly interfering with your chase to give you the advantage, didn't leave you alone throughout the chase.

Passatboy had no excuse whats so ever, he drove right around Tommy and rammed full speed into you and failed to apologize. This will not be tolerated.

Both users are relatively new so they will be directed to the rules and be given a strict warning regarding what's been said above.
