I was rammed and than fined for not moving by [RDSR] Luffy[COP].
And whom he was chasing?

Well from the looks of the replay and the chatlog, he started a chase on another user who was in front of you in a lx6, the car he was chasing pulled off by safe zone 2 and waited. Luffy clearly didn't see this and continued on the autobahn, then requested you to move but he was miles back, then as you was going into the roundabout looks like he fails to brake and hits your car. But the fine for "failing to move" shouldn't of happened. Because from what I can see, you're too far in front for him to request you to move and heading into the roundabout, he didn't really give you a few seconds to move over for him. I'll give him a warning for hitting your car and not apologising, and if you would like the 125euros back he fined you for, then please make a refund request and we will sort it out for you.
