At first he chased me cause i was speeding ( 180 at 120 zone ) basically 60+ speed fine , then i stopped at the road when it was empty for around 3 minutes then i just pushed him ( DID NOT CAUSE AN ACCIDENT or anything major ) so i want to get my ticket and log off , i was expecting a speeding fine since he did use radar and basically a speed ticket and thats the reason of the chase but instead he gave me causing an accident ticket (300 and i asked him why and the ''Causing an Accident'' for that push''

Ok i will respond directly as you are not innocent here. 1} You wasnt stopped on the right side of the road u was in a dangerous position on a corner next to a barricade regardless of traffic we are supposed to set example on safety you point blank said no when asked to move. 2} you had no reason to touch my car at all and u cannot push or ram cops at simple stop it is and always will be classed as a accident/crash and because i stuck to my guns on the matter u took it upon yourself to hit me so i changed the fine to add causing a accident and the speed wich i am well within my rights as a cop to do, depending on severity of situation and attitude u was hauling. this seems a waste of admins time and as a cop himself i think his attitude is wrong and also maybe needs brushing up on rules thanks .

I've reviewed the replay and have a few points I would like to mention here:

Robo: While I completely understand your frustration here, it's important to know that you should not take matters into your own hands. You initially chased the suspect for speeding and that should have also been the fine that you should issue. Nonetheless, the fact the suspect decided to ram you after making you wait 2 minutes in a unsafe place is not acceptable and will be handled accordingly. This being said I hope you understand that the €300 fine in this case is excessive.

Posyda: I fail to understand the point you're trying to make here. You were chased for speeding and you refused to stop in a safe place to receive the fine. Instead, you prefer ruining other people's gameplay and ramming a COP that is patiently waiting for you. If you believe this is how the gameplay in [TC] is supposed to look like you're unfortunately wrong. This kind of immature behaviour is not welcome and will not be tolerated in our servers. [TC] is a place for everyone to enjoy and have fun, please learn that sometimes just accepting a mistake and moving on solves this kind of matters much quicker.

To summarize:
Robo will be fined €150 for the excessive €300 causing an accident fine
Posyda will be refunded €150.
Posyda will receive a final confirmable warning for inappropriate behaviour and ramming other players.
