● Description of incident (inc Date & Time): So this cop decides to do a "pit" manouver when the chase wasn't started, I asked some people on the server and they said that he can't do that and so I ended up here to let you decide.

Later on he igmited (spelling) that he did do a pit manouver, although i don't think that's on the replay.

It was clear you were not going to stop for the [COP]
Light force can be used if it is apparent the Suspect who is being chased is not going to stop. However, it was more of a ram than a P.I.T on you, but this is purely driver error as you was swerving over the road a lot, there was also a chase coming up very fast behind him so he may of been watching this in his rear view mirror as well as also keeping an eye on his suspect.

No action will be taken this time round, if reported for same incident or similar again then action will be took.
