TOW call disappears in Insim.

I noticed a major problem in regards to the TOW insim.
When somebody calls a TOW, it appears on screen at the top.
When I do !respond, it says I am responding, and the screen at the top says where the person needing help is, and how far I am from him.
Yesterday and today, I noticed that the column disappears when I am responding, which causes me not to know where the person is.
When I arrive, Insim doesnt say I arrived on scene and I dont get RP points either, but the TOW hasnt been cancelled by the person that needs help.

What could be wrong?

I'm not sure what happened then, but it seems like I am not the only one having that problem..

Could it be down to a certain section of the track? Did you notice if it said you had arrived on scene ?

It didnt say I arrived on scene, while the person who needed help was there.
I remembered his name, that's how I noticed it.

When it happened yesterday, I thought the TOW was cancelled, which turnout not to be.

Maybe it's only a temporary bug. You should see if it happens as a recurring thing or if it fixes itself.

It might happen spontaneously your end and AFAIK, there would be nothing to do about that.

It happened to me yesterday around 13:40 BST. User calling for a tow was vertti7 and I responded from Foster Street while driving an FXO.

It happened to me yesterday, responding to a call on HW1, coming from High Street, driving a FXO I believe
