Time of Incident: Roughly 11:10 GMT.

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
Kai der Brecher and Ilya18101 abuse MED rights. Kai der Brecher yesterday got a warning from administrator, today he ignored some rules again (chase as a med, ignoring sirens, ww, speeding). Ilya18101 also ignored the rules. He was speeding as MED and WW. Everything below with no SOS responding. After this replay, they continued all of this, but I saved the replay at the point where Kai der Brecher got caught in the chase.
- 48:00: Kai der Brecher passing at red lights.
- 49:27: Kai der Brecher start drifting on safezone and continuing it in next few minutes (yesterday he got warning for that).
- 50:40: Ilya18101 start speeding as a MED for next few minutes.
- 58:42: Kai der Brecher PIT Ilya18101 to a barriers without apologize.
- 58:55: Ilya18101 with Kai der Brecher do some WW.
- 59:55: again some ww (from Kai der Brecher).
- 1:00:12: (+ next few minutes) speeding - Ilya18101 with Kai der Brecher + Kai der Brecher dangerous WW with redlights, Ilya18101 - redlights. Both dangerously speeding.
- 1:00:53: drive through the center of the roundabout and ignoring sirens (crashing me as a COP) + ww.
- 1:01:05: They countinuing WW.
- 1:02:05: (+next few minutes) They start speeding again.
- 1:03:00: Kai der Brecher - WW. After that Ilya18101 aswell. (Both continuing speeding).
- 1:04:13: Kai der Brecher almost caused an accident with cop by WW. (Both countinuing speeding all the time).
- 1:04:29: Kai der brecher dangerously crashing me.
- 1:04:38: Orhan [COP] start chase with Kai der brecher. (during the chase Kai der brecher break a lot of traffic regulations).
- 1:05:04: During Kai Der brecher's chase, Ilya18101 speeding again (do it all the time when possible).
- 1:05:18: Ilya18101 - some WW.
- To the end of the replay Kai Der brecher is in chase (with speeding/crashing/ww etc.) and Ilya18101 speeding/some ww.

Kai der Brecher has had their MED license revoked (warning left in-game as they were AFK).
Ilya18101 has been warned for inappropriate behaviour as MED.
