Causes me to crash into him due to whatever he was doing on the autobahn. Then is sarcastic. Just clearly no apology after it all occured

So basically, he did not respect sirens and he shouldn't be drifting on the Autobahn or driving on the Autobahn if his tyres are unsafe like they were - this is when accidents happen. He failed to apologise, in addition. He also went on the wrong side of the Autobahn at 34:46.
