I don't feel that the ram was too far, I think he used the necessary force to escape free whilst you were chasing him.

Went on the wrong side hit him, didn't apologise. Will be treated as ramming.

You mean 53:59 I think. I'm not sure if they even made proper contact, but still endangering a car and not being wary of other road users.
