04:19:35 hitting 2 car causing them flew away, while hes still driving normally
04:19:52 hit a cop on wrongside, while the cop suffer a clearly damage on its hood, but still didn't make any effect to his car, keep on driving.
04:19:58 his car just like drove through other cars, while causing a mess chaos, while his car still didn't suffer any damage, and keep on driving.

He claimed that it is because his lag, but I think it is some kind of tweaks.
later on, he disconnected.

As dodgy as that may have looked, it could've actually been a result of lag. I gathered some opinions with other admins (reason why this took a little while to process) and ultimately came to this conclusion.

Yep, and re-connected a few hours later which maybe shows he tried sorting out his lag.

I'll give him a warning to be wary of his lag, and to stop driving when he notices signs of lag. He did cause a really big mess.
