This is abit annoying saying its 37 and in forum 38 players, just wondring if rest is for admins can join or?

Okay, the left one are players, who are currently driving and right is spots on server which counts spectators as well currently driving people.

There are two slots reserved for level one admins. Red TC's and Chuck.

So if none of them are on then the maximum amount of slots is 38/40.

As Otava said, the numbers on the left are the numbers of players currently on track vs. spots available for players to be on the track. The numbers on the rights are players connected vs. spots available on the server.
