[Implemented] Changing color of locator

Hello,

For me it's annoying when i can't see the locator. Many times it fells away in the sky, so i can't see easy in which direction i must drive. Maybe a function to change the color of the locater is a good idea?

Maybe a !setopt for this?

I thought of !setopt, yes. It shall be nice!
But as far as i know, i can't change the color of the locator, so, maybe it's a good feature to add to !setopt.
