He crashed me and many other players and last crash he did not let me to continue in chase ... even i warned him to stop it..

Right from the beginning of your replay he starts ramming people as well as wrong siding driving into them head on. There was several chases going on at the time which he wrong sided into them as well. Fully intentional because all he can do is laugh about it. So this user will be receiving a longish ban, thanks for your report.
