49:10 Since the suspect is approaching me, I try to make a u turn maneuver with a quick move but tbug chooses to hit me even though there is a lot of space on his left side, if you watch from the interior camera, at the last moment he turns the steering wheel towards me and hits me and I have to start the chase with heavy damage.

When I contacted him at the end of the chase, he denied it, saying that he didn't hit me but that I was damaged by hitting the wall.

i wanted to test the updated rules: 15.2.1 Chase participants are permitted to use minor, calculated and tactical force against each other.
I didnt want to damage your car but create a gap between me and you so i can have better chances to escape

It's not a little tactical power, you hit me at full throttle and I was thrown against the wall.


and also after this chase was over I chased you again for a lane violation and I wanted to give you a small fine for a different reason and you went and immediately complained to the admins and my urs history got dirty because of you.

Emir - in future, please do not approach the suspect from the wrong side and U-Turn as they are quickly approaching. That is a poor maneuver. I don't know whether it is something you do regularly or something which you did without properly concentrating.

However, there is no doubt that your suspect (Yasso7up) intentionally steered into you to make this into an actual issue. According to his forum post, Yasso7up seems to incorrectly believe that his use of force was "minor", but anyone can see that this was blatantly not minor.

Yasso7up has received a warning for overuse of force as suspect and to be a little more receptive in-game when the community tells him about a possible rule-break. This could possibly resolve issues a little easier.
