speeding, wrongsiding, moving roadblocks as cop while not in chase

2:19:48 - speeding as cop, more than 10 over limit

2:21:10 - wrongsiding

2:23:18 - speeding again 20 over limit

2:26:27 - wrongsiding... and stopping there for a strange reason, right after that he is speeding again

2:27:11 - main reason for doing this report - he decides to go wrongway again and doing a roadblock on me... not a problem so far, but he starts moving when i come.
this time i thought maybe he was just a bit late putting it up, but there's coming another one.

...here 2:28:38 - this is just to late for a roadblock,
well here he continues on the wrong side, doing some strange moves

all in all i think this is no suitable behaviour for a cop

Alright, i have checked the replay.

He was barely on the wrong side of the road there, as he was turning left, into the parking lot. He had no other choice, but to cut the road while doing so, so this i am afraid, was not "wrong side driving".

If he would of cut the road like that, while there was a traffic coming and would of caused an accident, it would however be his fault, becouse he would not be in the right of way in this case. However, in this case, the road was empty.

However, player did go slightly over the speed limit at times and was placing the roadblocks way too late - he literally drove onto your lane and faced you head on, just before you came. Luckily, none of that has caused an accident.

As the player does not have any previous warnings regarding being a cop on his URS, an official Warning will be issued this time. If the same behaviour will keep repeating, player will most likely lose his cop rights.
