Unban Appeal- Mastahx (Unban Request Denied by Josh)

I can only think of 2 ways.

1. Javialord was hacked by someone else, and used to try and scam/steal money from ItZkevinK.

2. You were the one using Javialord at the time, to try and scam/steal money from ItZkevinK.

To be honest, I don't understand most of your unban request.

First of all, you told us your ban was for lying in a refund request.

However, you haven't made any refund requests, let alone a false one. If you can find it and provide a link to that request that might help.

Secondly, you thought it was another admin that issued the ban

That is quite an easy mistake to make, and this doesn't concern me too much.

You then said that you had asked me to ban your account because it was hacked.

You have never asked me to ban any account because it was hacked. From what I can see, you have never asked anyone to ban a possibly hacked account - there is nothing in the record for this.

Originally you were implying that the account we'd supposedly been asked to ban was 'MastahX'.

Up until this point you hadn't mention anything about the account 'Javialord'.

When I mentioned the account 'Javialord', you then said that was the account that you asked to be banned.

That was because we talked earlier and there was a problem mystats were gone but i can't find it anymore i think that i deleted it or something.

Nah, I thought that it was tyhis problem but it wasn't.
This issue happened in march 2012.

I don't believe that. Generally when someone makes an unban request they stick to one story, you have so far changed your story in 3 ways.

The evidence also shows quite clearly that the accounts Javialord and MastahX have/are being used by the same person/people - especially at the time of the event(s) in question. You have actually told me that Javialord is your account.

I am certain that the account Javialord was used to try to scam TC/ItzKevinK out of money and property.

Thank you for your PM. To sum things up;

- You have admitted outright that the accounts Javialord and MastahX are both owned by you.
- You have admitted that you tried to scam TC (and Kevin?) into gaining money etc from that account (whoever rightfully owns it).
- You have also finally admitted to lying to us over the past 2 days in this request.

I do understand the situation as you've explained it, however it would have been wise to change the passwords rather than leave them as the original ones that he set.

I take a dim view on people that try to scam both the TC team and/or LFS users out of money. I take an even dimmer view on people who lie to us.

Perhaps if you had been truthful from the start, we could have worked out who owns what and helped you to get anything that belongs to you back.

Unfortunately, as you've decided to try and scam us and then lie to us, your ban will not be removed.
