Sorry for posting but it gives you a reason on the right hand side, "account linked to banned user."

First of all, this is the wrong section. If you want to make an unban request, it should be posted >here< using >this< format.

The reason says you've been banned, because your account is linked to another account (means you've got access to another account) which has been banned.

I'll move this thread to a more appropiate forum area.
