Hey guys, hoping i can get a lower punishment/ or you unban me now. Me and my friends, Torsken&JSkorge, LBD H.Holt And Fakedeath were teamspeaking and just having fun, until we started to have a '' local '' race when we cruised while we teamspeaked. Then we started to crash each other a bit, and now i sitting here with a 45 days ban because we had some fun, we all know eachother. So i hoping you understand what i mean by this.

Yes, i know ramming is not allowed on your server, but we are friends and just had some fun when the server was empty. My Friend Torsken&Jskorge (Inoddy) got 14 days ban and i got 45 days ban?
My two other friends didnt get a ban aswell? i will say that's a bit unfair, giving me a ban that's over my whole summer vacation. But hope you see what i mean, and yes i understand now what i did wrong with the ramming. pretty sure i wont do it again sir(s)/madam.

Hi,

I'll firstly explain the reason for the ban itself. It wasn't friendly ramming/crashing that got you banned. I saw that someone in an LX was crashing you and your friend (and many other people) for at least 30 minutes. I appreciate how annoying it was getting too. However that is not a reason to then start ramming back. You hit him a number of times and also provoked him to crash (by blocking his path and brake-checking). Your rams also caused accidents with other users on more than one occasion.

The ban lengths take into consideration your history; how long you have played on our servers; and any previous bans etc. You have been banned several times before (the last one just over a month ago) and we have had to speak to you many times about breaking rules on our servers.

Clearly, for some reason, you don't seem to realise what is and isn't allowed on our servers.

No, as I said the bans are set at different lengths for a reason. Torsken has less of a history/record therefore his ban is lower. Yours will stay at 45 days. Hopefully you'll learn form this one.
