They were not deliberate Rams. It's my first day back playing the game in over a month please calm down, I have lost some of my driving skills since I am unable to play the game frequently

I'd like TC to consider this report serious, I don't believe Type R a single word. His attitude was really poor after I've talked to him after the chase and especially the ram at 24:10 clearly shows your intention, it has nothing to do with lack of driving skills.

Please wait for a TC now Type R.

These things happen during a chase, Dino. Look at real life chases - there is a lot of small bumps and "crashes".

I think it was a fair chase all the way.

After reviewing the replay, it's clear he was using excessive force. Indeed, you are right, an apology does not clear that one because he had full control of his vehicle as he swerved right into you. That is not tolerated as Suspects are ONLY allowed to use the same amount of force that you would expect from a cop.

Type R does have a poor history with cocky attitude, however, in this situation I don't believe it was over the top after checking chat logs. No action will be taken for this.

Type R will receive a short ban for ramming. He has had multiple warnings/bans regarding avoidable accidents and seemingly getting away with it. This is not tolerated and he should not better by now.
