I need to point out that the current signatures are horrendously big and will be removed. They need to be resized to a MAXIMUM of 500(width)x160(height) to fit in the with forum rules (1.5. Signatures should be no larger than 500px (width) * 160px (height).)

But it's said as (its) and means it is. It has something following the word or else it's not usable as a contraction. According to what I've learned Tongue

Using a positive contraction at the end of a sentence is arguably (not sure if "officially") grammatically incorrect because it simply sounds wrong and makes the sentence sound incomplete. A sentence ending with "Yes, it's" sounds wrong, but a sentence ending with "No, it isn't" sounds fine.

This is a little off topic though.
