- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
I overtake [COP]Lauge00 (username: Lauge00) with around 130km/h (limit is 120) - and accelerates further to 160-ish. Lauge pulls me over and fines me for dangerous driving (100). His reason? "That overtake with speeding". I then ask if he's got any proof of the speed - and he doesnt. And even if he did - he still fined me for something else.

I really cant see how I endangered anyone. I paid the fine a decided to go for a refund.
As you can see i tried to talk to Lauge, but he instantly disconnected.

I didnt really know wether to do a refund request or a report on Lauge. Please do correct me if I did anything wrong.

You were indeed correct about the fine not being valid. The correct fine would've just been for speeding. No one was endangered because of you overtaking [COP]Lauge00, thus the fine he gave you isn't justified. [COP]Lauge00 will be fined 100€ and the money will be given back to you.
