Hello, i was told by one of admins (maybe it was Dan) that these moves are not allowed and the suspect can be punished for this..especialy he has a COP licens so he has to know this, but still doing it. Thank you, Iacob.

Just adding one rule

Rule 3.10 Wrote:3.10. Force
You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4.
You are permitted to use the force necessary (including moderate rams) to break through a roadblock. Avoid damaging the cops as far as possible. Using unreasonable or excessive force (like running flat out intentionally in the roadblock) is forbidden.

Cops are not allowed to do that, why then robbers would be?

During this chase, I feel, i was pushed agains barriers. Lets say... pitted to barries and objects.

To 19.33.00... I was planning to execute pit maneuver... but... FZ5 has better brakes...

29.00.00 - It was light push. There is no need for big forece when car is on grass...

I have cop license but it has nothing to do with it. I was as suspect in this chase... and this is complety different situation.

Well... it was dirty move, but I think it was not ram. Also... I am not whining when someone "ruin" my game. Its a stupid game. Some people just need to turn off computers and get a life.

I dont want to be offensive. I think that report system is being abused.
Ok, there are kids that can be really annoying but get a ban for not saying sorry?
It is fair play and polite to apologise. But some people just whining too much.

Anyway... look at this report and decide.

Man, you should learn how to follow EASY rulles, after that you were discussing with ppl on the server and you didnt even say nothing like "i am sorry" or etc, you were just defending yourself, that it was all clear. Let me tell you that admin also said that this is punishable move, wich is not allowed.

Get in mind that you are destroying gameplay to others.

No you didn´t, from the replay you steered hard in my line and hit me to the barrier. If it was only avoiding a PIT maneuver, you should say SORRY for a ram! you didn´t

This was clearly fobidden move, beacuse you didnt hit me once, you mwere just pushing me to the grass and got me stuck on purpose. I didnt even move, i was waiting if you STOP with that...you didn´t, no apology, just left the scene.

The first manoeuvre was indeed a dirty move. If you see your angle is not going to hit the rear of the car, you should back out of it and avoid ramming the COP's front. You made no effort to do that and instead went for a full throttle hit to his front end; I can class that as a ram, not excessive, but a ram nonetheless (without an apology).

The second incident was also dirty, but clever enough to know it wasn't a ram. This was done at around 5-10 mph (8-16 kph) so you cannot sufficiently class that as a ram. If it was at speed then sure, you could class it as a ram. Indeed, annoying as it was, you cannot say that he rammed you if he did not cause a serious amount of damage.

Finally, Miso; if you think this is a "stupid game", why keep coming back? I would certainly try and change your attitude if you don't want more reports made against you.

Miso SVK will receive a confirmable in-game warning for using excessive force on COPs in a chase due to the first incident.
