An explanation of why this is happening (not a very technical version): The United Kingdom sold a lot of IP addresses to Saudi Arabia and until the IP database we use is updated (out of our control), this problem will continue. It's nobody's fault as such, we will just have to live with it for now.

Since you own three accounts, and you should not be sharing them anyway (I made this very clear in that PM reply I sent you), I will only look into unbanning one of them. I'm not saying the others will be banned forever, but it's a waste of admin's resources to keep checking, unbanning & unlocking three accounts that belong to the same person.
