For us to start charging for fuel we would have to start charging for disconnecting, SHIFT+S and SHIFT+P which would probably be quite unpopular.

We have considered this a lot of times and we've always come down on the side of not adding it.

The "filling" button is an interesting idea though, I've not seen that done before.

I'd agree with this - with players having over 4 million now, the economy is in need of a good old nerfing. Fuel is one of many ways this could be done.

I like the idea that we can actually charge for something new, but having virtual fuel won't work here in TC, in my opinion.

The cars lifespans nerf is enough.

There are only 19 people who have more than a million InSim Euro in wealth and if you consider the amount of active/regular players there are, that isn't a large amount of people.

I think things are fine the way it is. The people with a lot of wealth are those who spent hours getting to where they are. The economy seems pretty well balanced to me.

Would be a nice addition if I didn't have to pay for it, but with the amount of times I actually pit I don't think it's necessary.
