The user in question is relatively new, having less than 10hrs of gaming time. You could've just spoken with him in-game and the whole situation might have been solved that way. It's a simple matter of bothering to do a little bit of research. Though this can be quite challenging for the majority of people. I've given Endi_031 a confirmable warning to clear up our rules to him.
