After watching the replay before the timestamps you provided, I seen this user doing a dangerous undertake for no reason, very poor car control by hitting a car parked on the grass, also wrong sides hitting another user and then he wrong sides and aims for you as you try to pass him. Because of this the user will lose his cop rights, thanks for the report.
