If it's faster than a TBO, it should not have a higher income than said class.

Yes, and income should be equal to or slightly less than TBO cars, the above suggestion is fair.

Added with +3. The difference to TBO class is marginal. In fact, I couldn't even keep up with an XRT on the AB.
