Description of Incident
- 1:13:While I was about to pull over during the chase I started, the Sierra coming from behind crashed into me at full speed without paying attention to the siren.
- 1:44:48: When I start the chase at 1:44:34, from the moment the chase starts, it ignores the siren and tries to catch up with me quickly, and at 1:44:48, it intervenes in the chase by driving close to the

I would recommend filing a new report with the complete format. Also make sure you finish your sentences, because your OP is incomplete (by driving close to the...what?)
