I think it's amazing how the cops remained calm and didn't smack the woman down who ran away a second time.

What on earth? And they say I'm crazy lol. I'm really puzzled at what happened.

After reading the Wikipedia entry, I'd have sentenced both of them to life in an institution. And put the one to death, or at least never allowed out of solitary forever. Manslaughter is horrible.

By the way it wasn't a firearm either.
