On a side note:

1:06:43 - Marek starts speeding while not in chase.
53:48 [TC]Turbo[COP] temporarily wrong way while not in chase - naughty naughty

Reasons: I did not at any time ram Marek as he claimed.

I'm going to give Marek a chance to reply before taking any action, but yes, it does look like he fined you for no reason, and was also speeding.

In regards to Turbo, that clearly was an error of judgement (that junction is very confusing) - but if you want to make a formal complaint them please make a separate report in the user area and a [TC] leader will look at it.

Having talked with Marek, he was mis-informed by another user who claimed you were ramming him. I have told Marek to be more careful when fining people and not to rely on other peoples judgement.

As for the speeding, he has received a warning.
