5:43.00 - If he not are very stupid he know its a jump there. So he could use brakes NOT full speed.
5:47.00 - Ignore my U-Turn binds, 2 sec later, HARD crash.
7:46.00 - If he used more speed here he could damaged my stearing.

5:47:00 - Also ignore my uturn bind, so crash in a cop, some crash in me. (Patukka was the only some not ignore my bind, but he could do something so he not crash in me)
6:10.00 - Crash in suspect and ignore uturn bind.
6:26.00 - Crash
6:49.00 - Crash

In all seriousness, who slows down there in a chase? Also if Patukka would've stayed on the right lane, he wouldn't have crashed him. He crashed the suspect, because the suspect crashed aswell, I'd call this an accident. Said sorry aswell.

see above, also I can't see any "U-Turn binds" from you in the chatlog.

He tried to re-gain control of his car, not to crash, therefor probably noticed the suspect too late, and braked too late. IMHO it's an accident.

Wouldn't really take action just because of this. Was a minor touch.

User will receive a warning to keep more control over his car and pay more attention to his surroundings whilst driving / being in a chase. Aswell as keeping an eye on the amount of force he uses.

He also should've seen you braking earlier, didn't and therefor crashed into you, trying to brake about 1 second before impact. Also, see above, I can't see any U-Turn Bind.

I guess he thought his brakes are stronger than they are ... or he tried to do a U-Turn block, same as above, too much force IMHO.

tbh I have no idea what he wanted to do there, either pass the suspect or trying to do a PIT maneuver ... both has failed majorly. He should know better when copping.

User will get his cop rights revoked for this and previous offenses and needs to take training to get them back.
