Tibe pulled out in front of you, however, your attempt to avoid this crash was only halfhearted. You pressed the brakes to only 50% ~20m before the impact for less then 2 seconds, and you accelerated right before the impact. There was enough space on the left side to pass, but you went for him and steered towards him. This crash was mainly your fault.
Since it was both your fault, I feel it would be best if no action was taken against either of you.

Tibe, pull out a bit faster the next time.

DJmadguy, brake more and try to pass the other car, instead of going towards him.

I'm sorry for the crash, I'm not using map when playing and I was checking was someone coming and I didn't see him coming.
