We were on Highway 1, in a chase, I strafed to the left a little to avoid a PIT from ganji but he accelerated to get in line with my rear wheel arch, fair enough.

But on the point of impact he seemed to keep accelerating causing me to lose complete control of my car, thus, hitting the barrier and ending the chase.

Now I want to know if this was an illegal PIT because in my eyes, it was. He knew that the barrier was there, if he had done the right thing and after the point of impact braked, this wouldn't have happened. I may have clipped the barrier but nowhere near as hard as I did.

To clarify; a legal PIT into the barrier is with no direct contact with the suspect AFTER the PIT. He did have more contact than he should've after the PIT which did make it an illegal PIT.

I don't care about a refund, it's just a careless manoeuvre that looked like ganji was aiming for me to hit the barrier like that.
