Alright, you've served well over a year.

Also, technically this should've been an appeal but since the outcome would be the same, I'll just deal with this as it is.

Allowing your car to drive in circles without any input from yourself is classed as cheating. This is because you are able to gain KMs and money without doing anything. However, a recent update means the InSim now tries to prevent people from doing this. But you should still not attempt to do it, and I trust you will not.
