Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Straight away, he started stunting in pits which is a no no. By the looks of it, the collision wasn't intentional however, he has no excuse. A caution/siren/traffic stop would have been visible and he was travelling at some speed hence the serious hit. He was in a stunt set meaning it was likely he lost control as he hit the tyre and due to him overreacting to correct and possibly avoid you, he hit you. With it being on a blind hill and the suspect pulling off at such an unfortunate time, he was too late to make it possible to avoid the hit.

Nevertheless, he failed to even acknowledge he was in the wrong and will receive a final warning to take more care and slow down around sirens furthermore not to stunt in pits and apologize after causing an accident.
