I'm not going to take any action for this. While his nose was sticking out into the road, the majority of his car was on the grass, and he was in quite a visible position on the track. The problem was compounded by the fact that you got the corner wrong and ended up on the grass, unable to sufficiently recover in time before colliding. Essentially, you collided with a stationary object that everyone else avoided by going off line.

It's worth noting that you never apologised either. Think about that next time.
