Description of incident (inc date & time):
I was driving along, didnt expect a cop to speed then brake quite hard as soon as i caught them up to slow down to the speed limit

12.22 speeds up to 90+
12.24 Reaches his top speed of about 92
12.26 Must realise theirs someone behind him then slows down quite fast to 75
12.46 Chases me because i was doing 88 and fines me 120 when i've witnessed him doing 92
